Privacy notice

This notice explains how Cloud Intex handles the personal data you give us through the contact form on cloudintex.com, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

What we collect

Your name, company and work email; your phone number and LINE ID if you give them; the kind of organisation you work for; the solution you're interested in; and your message.

Why

Only to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project with you. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Where it goes

The form sends your enquiry to our email inbox. The website itself doesn't store it. Our website host, Cloudflare, processes it in transit.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless they become part of a contract.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@cloudintex.com. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
